FAB support has not responded for over a month.

25 days have passed but the problem has not been solved.

I haven’t been able to get a reply to my email for 25 days, I hope at least my message will be heard here.
I have not received a single letter about the decision.

I have already written several letters to you about the error on FAB, but the error has not been fixed. One of my assets is currently being published. But the changes have not been published.

I still can’t make any changes.

You are a seller who consecutively does many years of asset creation for UE, whose assets are popular and were many times featured in Free for The Month.
It is disturbing to hear that even such sellers experience difficulties with FAB, and can’t release an update for a month, always running into a brick wall of FAB support.

Hi. Thank you for your feedback. :pray: Yes, Epic Games has always been quick to help with any problems. But with this one, I can’t get anywhere. The worst thing is that customers will mostly think that this is my problem. And this ruins my reputation. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Did you used that support ticket page or direct mail ? over a month is pretty not acceptable :neutral_face:

I used to always write by email and the support always responded well. And even after this problem, I wrote about other issues and they always answered. But everyone is silent on this particular issue.

Last time i have tried, they have stop replying if we directly mail them (most likely some new filtering email or domain verification when pass through Fab.com)

Have you tried clearing your browser cache for fab?

Sometimes when Epic has pushed out updates to the Epic Store, I got stuck in a login loop (seen this on multiple systems with different people). The only way to fix this was to clear the browser cache.

For me they usually reply the next day (sunday = 29 dec) even during holidays.

Are you using gmail or a custom domain mail server ? make sure the verification email is setup properly if you did any recent changes.

I suggest using another email / epic account and retry with the support ticket contact page.

You should receive 1-2 email escalation since it usually a senior staff that need to access your account to manually update your account.

No, everything is fine with the mail, support responds to me on other issues in the same mail. But they do not respond to this problem. Yes, they write that the problem is directed above to each of my letters and that’s it. I tried to contact support via mail, as well as through the site at the link above.
