They see my request from that FORM address you gave me, that works
But they claim they cannot email me and asked to change my email to a new one and then never heard from them again!
I had sent them the email error which is tagged as error at the end of the admin in your store. Out account is paid enterprise Google , the whole cloud thingy and all standard for years with no errors from anyone ever !
Is there a way I could communicate with the support via a forum to avoid this email issue?
Very happy here , except this admin glitch. and all is left for us to do is to filled out the tax from and we are done! No real issues.
In order to save your time and ours and annoyance, please provide us with a manual way to send you the this W-8 form and be done with all of it and focus on creating new assets for your store.
Don’t mean to be critical, there are large number of issues with this new store and naturally expected, but our issue is minor and we should not waste your time.
I don’t work for epic, i can only try to guide people because since 2-3 weeks epic staff has stopped replying to every important thread on this forum, now it just a few if you are lucky they see this post sadly.
