Fab Seller. Can't view "publisher login required" posts

Summary

I contacted Fab support 3 times and 3 times they just seem to ignore me. I am a Fab seller and I receive the “Fab Quarterly Newsletter” email. This email is VERY important for us sellers because it has the links to apply for fab sale events among other things! HOWEVER, when I try to access those forums links, I get the “This page either doesn’t exists or it is private”. Yes, I made sure I was logged in the forums when accessing the links with THE SAME account. Yes, it still doesn’t work.

Steps to Reproduce

1 - Log in to FAB with seller account (ID: 0ef9a7b756ac4ea7af0c8cec87b8011e)
2 - Log in to Forums with same seller account (ID: ef9a7b756ac4ea7af0c8cec87b8011e)
3 - Open Fab Quarterly Newsletter and click a “publisher login required”

Expected Result

Access to the forum link without issues

It is working fine for me.

I think first you should try to check if Link are directly working or not without redirect
Try this link https://forums.unrealengine.com/t/individual-sales-are-now-available/2485249

Second, I think you should clear cache and cookies of your browser and try Log out and Login back, or maybe try in another browser to see if it works or not (probably in another device too)

Hey @CarlosCoronado. We appreciate you reaching out. I took a look at your account and it looks as though it was missing the entitlement related to being a seller of Fab. Could you try access those links again and let me know if it is working now?
