Fab Roadmap - Wishlist, Written Reviews & FAQ features should have higher priority

First of all, I’m glad to know the feedback from the community regarding the lack of these features was finally heard and they were included on the roadmap.

As mentioned by the Fab’s Sr. Director Developer Experience on the Fab Demo, Q&A and Roadmap Reveal (around 6:45), “search and discovery improvements, whishlists and text reviews” are among the features added on the roadmap based on the community feedback.

However, even tought improving the search is considered top priority, the whishlist, written reviews and FAQ features are currently listed as low priority features.

From my personal experience, most of the complaints on the unreal forums and reddit are regarding the lack of whishlists, written reviews and FAQ features. I believe these 3 features should also be listed as high priority, as releasing them early would certainly solve most of the complaints.

I also believe, that migrating the data from the Unreal Marketplace is key to solve the issue the best way possible, for all 3 features.

This was not mentioned on the livestream, but I also believe that dropping the “minimum five reviews” threshold would also be the best course of action. Clients are smart enought to decide if they want to buy a product that has less than five reviews, there is no need to overprotect pleople, as long as text reviews are implemented properly, it will be possible to spot trustworth sellers.

For the Epic Team, thank you for finally acknowledging those issues.

I concur with most feedback that asks for a “wishlist” or some other ability to save products we like other than having to put it in our carts as we browse. Thanks!

Nobody mentioned it during the stream, if I recall correctly, but the very first point in the roadmap should be imho “Fix the bugs Fab has right now”.
Then, you’re right, whishlist, reviews and questions should also not go at the end.
