Summary
About 80% of the time the FAB window in Unreal does not work or load. The “Discover” page is blank, my “Library” is blank and does not load, and regularly pushes me back to a security captcha which cannot be completed. Even restarting the editor does not fix this issue and I typically have to restart my entire PC before FAB will load again.

Steps to Reproduce
It happens randomly, about 80% of the time I attempt to open the FAB Window. No special steps are required for me to reproduce on my end.
Expected Result
FAB should open, show assets in the discover tab and my library, and not lock me out behind a security challenge that fails to work.
Observed Result
FAB is unusable, completely broken, and legitimately hinders my work flow as I cannot access the assets purchased or view new ones.
