Fab plugin stuck on Pending Approval for 11 days — Support couldn’t locate submission

Hello Fab Team,

My Unreal Engine plugin has been stuck in Pending Approval for 11 days.

I contacted Fab Support, but their initial response stated that they couldn’t find any pending listings associated with my product or publisher name.

However, the listing is clearly visible under Pending Approval in my Fab Publisher Portal.

I’ve already provided support with the direct listing URL and listing ID, but I’ve now been waiting another two days for a response.

Could someone from the Fab team please investigate whether my submission is correctly registered in the review system, or help escalate my existing support ticket?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Sign in to the Fab Publisher Portal using my publisher account (Cold Static Studios).
  2. Navigate to Publish → Listings.
  3. Select the Pending Approval tab.
  4. Locate RetroTextureLab — PBR to Retro Texture Baker, which has been in Pending Approval for 11 days.
  5. Open the listing and confirm that the submission still shows Pending Approval.
  6. Contact Fab Support regarding the delayed review.
  7. Fab Support reports that it cannot locate any pending listings associated with the product or publisher name, despite the listing being visible in the Publisher Portal.
  8. Provide the direct listing URL and unique listing ID to Fab Support.

This discrepancy may require internal investigation and cannot be fully reproduced from a public account.

Expected Result

After submitting a plugin for approval, the submission should be correctly registered in Fab’s review system and accessible to the appropriate support and review teams.

The listing should remain in Pending Approval until it is reviewed, and Fab Support should be able to locate it using the product name, publisher name, direct listing URL, or unique listing ID.

If a technical issue prevents the submission from being processed, I expect the issue to be identified and resolved, with confirmation that the plugin is correctly queued for review.

Observed Result

RetroTextureLab — PBR to Retro Texture Baker has remained in Pending Approval for 11 days without a review decision or explanation.

When I contacted Fab Support, I was informed that they could not locate any pending listings associated with the product name or publisher name.

However, the submission clearly exists in my Publisher Portal and appears under Pending Approval. I also have access to its direct editing URL and unique listing ID.

I provided this information to Fab Support but have been waiting approximately two additional days for a response.

I cannot determine whether the submission is correctly registered in the internal review queue or whether there is a technical issue preventing the review team from accessing it.

Additional Notes

I would appreciate assistance from a Fab team member who can investigate or escalate this issue to the appropriate publishing/review team.

My primary concern is not simply the length of the review, but the fact that Fab Support initially could not locate a submission that is clearly visible in my Publisher Portal.

Could someone please verify the following?

  1. Whether the listing exists and is correctly registered in the internal review system.
  2. Whether the submission is actively awaiting review or has become stuck due to a technical issue.
  3. Whether there are any outstanding requirements preventing approval.
  4. Whether the submission can be prioritized if an internal issue has caused an unnecessary delay.

I have already contacted Fab Support and provided the unique listing ID and direct URL. I would greatly appreciate confirmation that the submission is being processed correctly.
