Fab Plugin Inside Unreal Engine 5.4

Hello, I can’t find the Fab plugin in Unreal Engine, either in the Launcher or in the Editor. Could you let me know where I can find it and how to download it?

It is in your Epic Games Launcher’s “Fab Library”, you can install it as any other UE Plugin by clicking on the “Install to Engine” button:

…but be aware that you highly unlikely cannot package you Project while the Plugin is active, it’s a very annoying issue right now.
