Fab payout options - where are they?

hi, @scsmmedia
The payout report page will go live after the launch of Fab next week. You will be able to view it along with the sales reports.

next week or next>next week until the end of 2024 when 100% of revenue expires?

The payout page is still missing and the sales are happening and we don’t have any proof for that. Just got an email from customer that he purchased my asset and want some support but I even dont know how to verify it.

To check it, go to:
Publish → Verify Orders
Then you can type the Order ID.

I hope this helps.

Sincerely, HighRender.

If you go to the old unreal marketplace payout page, assuming the product was migrated, you can see any fab payouts on there.

Why is the payout/sales page still missing? I would really like to know how my assets are performing.

You mean I have to contact the customer and ask the order ID from them? if that’s the case we can only see orders from the customer who ask for support.

Hello everyone,
Where do old Sketchfab sellers see their products sold so far?
Currently only UE sellers have this option to track sales?

Quickest way (As long as you’re already a registered seller on fab) Click on your profile on the top right corner > account settings > marketplace seller > get started > reports

Insane that this is what we have to do and there’s no way to check when we’re getting the money we’ve earned…compared to sketchfab where you’d get your money immediately

Great, thanks for the reply. Yes, now I can see the sales!

I think the answer to both questions is: Yes.

Sincerely, HighRender.

@epik_kate Will there be any further tools like analytics? Currently it feels extremely bare bone and you can only see the sales with very limited inforamtion.

I can’t find the payout option on the Fab Marketplace. I had sales exceeding the $100 threshold in November, but I haven’t received a payout yet. I checked my Hyperwallet, but I can’t see any payment. Does this mean that if I exceed the threshold in November, I will receive the payout at the end of December?

The https://support.fab.com/s/article/FAB-TECHNICAL-REQUIREMENTS website says:
“Payouts are issued within 30 days after the end of the calendar month. For example, revenue from sales that occurred during the month of March (March 1st through March 31st) will be paid out on or before April 30th”.

I hope this helps.

Sincerely, HighRender.

The Order ID of purchases are giving only to the customers. They need to provide it for you when they ask for help.

In my case: I rarely ask for the Order ID. Most support cases are easy and I’ve already “learned how to relate the sales report and the customer request”. Support requests are usually made on the same day of the purchase or a few days later and since I have several different products, it’s even easy to find the specific day of the customer’s purchase. I only ask for the Order ID when the help I need to provide is of the advanced type. Other than that, it’s a cinch. lol

You will received your payment at the end of this month since December is an exception where there no threshold anyway. (earning from your november this 31 Dec and earning from december on 30 January)
