Summary
Hello, I have been trying to reach the support team for 3 issues for about a week and I have not received any response. First of all, this is not good at all, because it is unacceptable for us to try to find answers to problems like this.

I never receive my payments. I still have not received my last 3 payments. Authorized friends can review this. I will not share it here. However, I think it is shameful that we have to chase the support team to receive payments and no one will support this.

The countless applications we sent about Free Content were not evaluated and no information was provided.

A staff member who reviewed one of our products removed a product from publication with a change request because he thought that it was just similar materials, even though it did not violate the rules in any way. However, the content of this product was to be an imperfection package and to help users use similar materials. Again, despite informing us many times, we have not received any response.
Some support staff were incredibly good. I am leaving them out of this issue, but some of them do not even care. I will not accept this.
