FAB integration is horrible and a disgrace to EPIC. I repeatedly purchase items in FAB, go to my vault to download, but they are not there. Sometimes they never show up. Other times the finally make it to the Vault hours or days later. These items are needed immediately for development. Its very unacceptable to wait for hours to access a DIGITAL product after purchase.
From Forum comments I can see this has been a problem constantly since initial FAB integration.
Your a software company, act like it !

Press the refresh button and wait a bit.
However, due to the poor state of FAB, I don’t know if it will help in your case.
The asset categories in the vault are also terrible.
@Maciek_Leto Thanks, I tried that several times. After a couple of hours they showed up. Still not really acceptable. Must have been a business decision because the app isn’t helping the community. Thanks for the quick response.
Is your epic launcher installed in its default location C ?
It could be a third party software that conflicting with epic launcher like an antivirus that scanning new plugin, that could explain it appearing after a while or something clearing your cache(that could explain the frequent sign-out)
Try to use the inbuild plugin fab inside the editor as well, it often works better than the epic launcher library.
