Continuing the discussion from “Fab is not showing up anywhere at all” (I’m unsure why the OG discussion was marked as resolved when it is clearly not):
I am also having this issue. Epic Games Launcher > UE > Library installations show the Fab Plugin is installed under “Installed Plugins” but Fab does not appear anywhere inside of UE.
Clicking on the Fab UE Plugin in Epic Games Launcher > UE > Fab Library also returns a 404.
I’ve tried uninstalling Epic Launcher and UE multiple times with no fix. Even my second PC which has had Fab installed and working for months now is returning 404 too.
I also get the same error as when trying to install/uninstall Fab from the Epic Launcher

Steps to Reproduce
Install a new Unreal Engine in the Epic Launcher or uninstall/install Fab from the Epic Launcher.
Expected Result
Fab plugin should succeed in installing and Fab should show inside of UE under the “Window” menu bar tab
Observed Result
Fab install/uninstall fails with an error code IS-EO-Plat-NoFnd:win-2. Or when installing a new Unreal Engine the Epic Launcher shows the Fab UE Plugin is installed but Fab does not show anywhere inside of UE.
