Fab interface displays an error

Summary

My monitor has a resolution of 4K. When I set the display settings in Windows 11 to 200%, an error occurs in the Fab interface as shown in the image.

What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Find a 4K monitor. 2. Set the system display to 200%. 3. Open the fab interface and display an error

Expected Result

Hey again @coolgong2002 :slight_smile: I consulted with the team and we’ve come up with these recommendations to try:

  1. Change it to 100% and try the launcher
  2. If successful, change it back to 200% and then see if it works
  3. If it still does not work, close the launcher then right click Epic Games Launcher and navigate to Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > check the box for “Override high DPI scaling behavior” > Okay > Apply > Okay
