Fab feedback on sanctioned products

Fab’s feedback on sanctioned products is really terrible.
They don’t tell you in detail which files are problematic.
Even if you file an objection, the automated system just answers and doesn’t solve the problem at all.
You can’t even delete the rejected products.

Even assets that were selling well in other markets are sanctioned when they come to Fab.
This sloppy system that doesn’t even show the sales status in an unstable market is only firm when it comes to sanctions.

This system only achieves the goal of reducing personnel, and it causes suffering to both sellers and buyers.

If you’re going to sanction, you need to tell us more in detail what the problem is so that we can improve it.
Please listen to my opinions.

Can’t agree more.

I have over 400 models migrated from sketchfab. But I must submit them one by one for them to go live. I submitted over 100 already but more than half got sanctioned for ‘unsupported file type’. The models show up fine in 3D viewer. They also package all the migrated model into zip file but I cannot download them to verify the content.

I say to myself, fine I will give up on my old model and upload this new model I just made. I read the guideline and upload all the relevant files. But even that got declined. I planned to appeal this one, hoping that maybe at least they can clarify what I did wrong. But they never email me the sanction ID, so I have no way to appeal it.

Desperate for any feedback, I appeal one of my older models migrated from sketcfab, but within minute the appeal got rejected “after a thorough investigation” without any explanation other than the usual “unsupported file type”.

I give up on fab for now. Most probably my models are not up to their standard. If they don’t want my work, why bother.
