Fab doesnt show 3D model thumbnails correctly (or at all)

I think I’ve found a bug on Fab. I’ve uploaded my FBX model and provided all of the necessary materials to preview it (see image 1 below)

Then I try to access it in the product listing and the images never show up. No can I access the model viewer whan I click on the assoctaed preview box with the gallery images (see image 2)

Is anyone else seeing the same behavior with their FBX previews?

OK, I’ve figured this out. If you clickon your 3D model upload so that you can view it, there is a button just above the Preview window titled “Save Thumbnoil”. You have to press this button to generate the thumbnail that will be displayed with the model.
