Fab does not update asset files

Summary

I recently submitted an update for my asset, Cine Cam, which was approved successfully. However, upon testing, I discovered an issue with the updated files.

After the approval, I downloaded the asset via the Fab plugin to verify the new features. Unfortunately, I found that the downloaded files still reflect the previous version and do not include the latest updates or new features.

Could you please investigate this issue? It seems the updated files haven’t gone through properly, and users still receive the outdated version.

Yup, same here. After reading this post I checked my own content which I updated recently and found out it’s not updated really. This bug is critical.

I’m having this issue as well.

Is this resolved yet? Because I really would like to give my customers an update with new features.

This bug is possibly in connection with my problem here. I wanted to create a new project with the recently updated Waterline pro. Although the details in Fab saying it supported all formats including 5.5 but as you can see I just can create projects until 5.3. Same with Ultra Dynamic Sky.

Any update on this? We seriously can’t update our assets?

EMP-17508 changed to ‘Need More Info’. We’re missing information that would help us determine the source of the issue.
