Hey folks!

We want to make sure you’re always in the loop about Fab documents, including Fab Distribution Agreement and Fab End User License Agreement (EULA). Since we update these from time to time, it’s important for you to stay informed about any changes.

This thread will serve as your go-to source for updates and clear explanations of the modifications to Fab documents. We want everyone to understand these changes and what they mean.

DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT UPDATES

UPDATED on June 4th, 2025.

  1. We removed the outdated Exhibit that referred to last year’s promotion of time-limited 100% revenue split

  2. We made changes to Section 18.k. that include:

    • Updated wording around NoAI and CreatedWithAI tags.
    • Epic will now be able to moderate missing CreatedWithAI tags.
    • NoAI tag will now be applied by default to MetaHumans published on Fab.

  3. Fixed wording around Epic’s AI usage in Safety & Discovery tools to align with Fab’s Terms of Service.
