Summary

Hi, when i try view my listing, sales report or publisher settings, I am redirected to the fab distribution agreement. When I try to accept it, it redirects me back to the same page. I have tried to accept it many times, but can’t avoid the problem.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to publish, then sales reports. The problem appears.

Expected Result

Be able to view my sales reports.

Observed Result

Redirects back to the fab distribution agreement after clicking on the tick that accepts the terms.

Platform

Firefox and Google Chrome

Operating System

Both mobile and desktop.

I am having this same issue. It started two days ago for me

  • distribution agreement cannot be accepted
  • I had already signed the agreement months ago and the one shown seems outdated
  • I cannot leave the page and check any of my seller analytics

I am having this same issue, anyone know how to fix it?

For me it wasnt browser, cookies, chache files, network.
I just had to login to the account not through the google button, but by manually typing the email address and password like the old days.

Worked somehow…
