I started this push at 17:58 with only a audio player moved thats it i will update this with full completion time as even when the black ui goes it takes ages to update the session.
The black ui went in about 2-3 mins faster the second time for sure.
The game is now fully updated another 2-3 mins
All i did was change a location of a audio player for the test and the island is not big world streaming isnt on and memory is about 25k
Before the update it was like 30 seconds - 1 min
