"Extracting technical information..." taking too long

Hi, migrating from Sketchfab here,

Just trying to make use of the separated formats feature and trying to upload a simple .zip file with OBJ and textures inside, it is taking very long, about 20 mins processing the info.
This is supposed to safe us time filling the fields, but I could fill them in just 2 minutes.
Or I’m not supposed to re-upload anything during this migration?
In the other hand, uploaded a .ZIP with .MAX source file and “happily” it failed with “The file cannot be processed”, then I could enter the technical details myself.

Everything else looking fine so far

Hi @piXelicidio . Thanks for this feedback - I’ll pass it along to the team. Things were going a bit slowly there for a spell but we hope that it’s mostly resolved. Please let us know if upload/tech details population is still taking longer than expected.

Looks fixed now! Thank you.
Tested with small .ZIP file containing 5 models and it was processed in few seconds! :slight_smile:
