Extract a component from blueprint?

How can i extract a component from a blueprint, and make it an individual entity in the world outliner?

For example, a blueprint character has a flashlight component, how to extract the flashlight, without changing any settings, to make it an independent light/spotlight in the world outliner.

You would create a light/spotlight in the world with the same settings / location information you want while simultaneously turning off / hiding the flashlight in the blueprint.
