Exposure a lot higher in one project against another

Has anyone noticed level lighting being different across projects? I have no idea what could be different, this is one level migrated to another project, all project settings such as exposure settings are the same and the levels are identical, yet here’s the difference:

Having similar issues. I created a sky asset that looks good. It is an all-inclusive asset with its own lighting and post processing (which includes exposure.)

When I delete all lighting from some projects and bring the sky in it looks good, but when I bring it into other projects its about twice as bright. Can’t figure out why…
