exposing all material's parameters in the construction script

Not sure if this belongs here or Rendering forum.

Anyway, i have material with few scalar, texture and vector parameters such as diffuse, emmisive color, intensity and so on. Naturally, Ive made an instance from that material.
Now i am trying to create contruction script where i could change paramters on per mesh/actor basis. I know how to access those parameters if i type them specifically but that clunky and slow if i want to use different materials with different parameters.

I would like to access (scalar, for example) parameters of the material and expose them in the construction script.

This is the instance of the material i am experimenting with.

this is basic setup in construction script. There are two scalar parameters in that material and Cscript still prints Zero. Can you please help me find the solution for this?
