I’m getting this type of error when exporting my component — what can I do to fix it?
Of course, I’ve already tried the basic steps (turning it off and on again), and the function works fine for the other components.

It looks like you have some wrong component parameters. They could be out of range and in such case the report won’t be exported. Can you check the component in the application and its Alignment report? Are the values there valid?
Something similar was happening years ago for some scans or coordinate systems, but I don’t remember exactly what it was.
Your maximal error in pixels is quite high and I suppose it is over the limit for the report export. It should be much lower.

(And other report can be generate for the same component)
I suppose you’ll need to provide another alignment. Is it possible that there are some images aligned far away from their original position or wrongly aligned?
Not all reports are connected with component’s accuracy.
