Hey, I have made a few 3D models in Maya. However I can’t seem to import them into UE4. They are being exported as a standard .MB file. I know that it is probably the file type that is wrong, however I am unsure of what file type is necessary to have it function and show up in the world properly. Halp meh please.
Use .fbx (when you want to use animations + skeletal mesh and static meshes) and obj (for meshes)
Make sure to use the right export settings! (export smoothing groups + the right scale)
