Exporting animation data from unreal engine with desired animation rate scale speed?

I have an issue exporting animation from unreal engine with the adjusted speed of the animation.

In the animation sequence i set “Rate Scale” to 0.5 (default is 1)

then saved, then exported current animation data and when i opened it up in blender the animation played as it is set to 1. How do i get to export the animation to run on the same speed as i set in unreal?
