Exporting a Twinmotion presentation to create an executable and open it on MacOS

To build a Mac-compatible sequencer, you have to export it from a Twinmotion editor installed on a Mac. it cannot be built from a PC.

concerning the cloud there is no VR ‘real-time’ option in this configuration. VR is only available locally

However, Panoramasets on the cloud would work in VR if a headset is connected, and can be built and used on any OS. maybe it could be something to consider for your project.
