Exported project low fps on other systems

I’m encountering a real head scratcher of a problem. I was working on a project that ran well on the machine I’m making it on. I get this performance both in editor and as an exported project. However, if I run the exported project on any other system; I get terrible performance. I could get 90fps on my machine while others got between 8 and 15 fps.

Troubleshooting this further, I created a blank FPS project to test with and exported it. Close to 120fps on the machine I made it on. 15fps on a laptop I have.

The only thing that I can find that isn’t just the default engine settings with my blank test project is that I added ‘stat fps’ on launching the level blueprint. Any ideas as to what I’m missing? I am new and may be missing something obvious. I have looked at some tips and tricks on optimizing but I haven’t found anyone dealing with such a large gap in performance.
