Exported Image vs What's On Screen

When I click Media and view an Image in Media Mode, it appears the way that I intend it to be. When I export that image, everything in the foreground shows up with a green glow, and the magenta lights in the background get overshadowed by the reflection of a gold velvet fabric nearby.

This issue just happened out of the blue. Prior to this happening, all on screen images and exports appeared the way I intended without the green glow. (I believe the green glow is coming from a window behind the camera, but I’m not sure that’s the case.)

If I change the Quality Setup to Ultra, the on screen image shows the same green glow.

If I change the Effects in Quality Setup to High, instead of ultra, the on screen image shows up the way I intend it to.

Is there an “effect” that I accidentally turned on at some point? Any other suggestions for how to change the settings so I can get my intended image back?

An export before the issue popped up and one with the current green glow are uploaded below. Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ross
