Exported file has some sort of Pak file error, (yes I tried compiling it the inefficient non Pak way

So, my project packages just fine, now when I try to run it, I get this error:

Assertion failed: Offset >= 0 [File:D:\Build++UE4+Release-4.16+Compile\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\PakFile\Private\IPlatformFilePak.cpp] [Line: 148]

It will not let me run the program, it just brings up a pop-up and closes it.

Any idea on what is causing it?
