Export Your Creation - An unexpected error has occurred

Hello there,

I try to export a mesh for further cleanup in another software, but I can’t export at all… I have this error:

I tried several times, but I still can’t export. 
I have enough PPI and my model is about 7 million poly.

Are you online on your computer? Did you try to license your inputs already? Are you logged in correct account? What is your IP address?
Did you try to save your project, reopen it and export your creation later?
 
It is not possible to export in PPI if you do not have internet connection, or if license file for inputs in the project were not exported beforehand.

Please navigate to your Edge settings (regardless of which browser you actually use). Under its SECURITY tab you can find the TRUSTED SITES menu. Add https://www.capturingreality.com and https://capturingreality.com, and hit OK to apply.
 
Also make sure that the communication with capturingreality.com and www.capturingreality.com is enabled on ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) in your firewall.
 
Also, please reset all zones zones to default level as it is on this image (there you can see the option for adding trusted sites):

Thanks for your answer.
For some reason, a couple of hours after that worked fine. Absolutely no idea of the problem’s origin. I had rebooted my pc several times, this is
I did all the steps you mentioned here just in case for the next time.
