I try to export skeleton mesh and animation but it error about “Multiple roots found”.
it wouldn’t have something to do with the shapes would it?

Well I’m not sure it would specifically cause the multi-root error, but you would typically want to export the mesh and skeleton without the control rig, you only need the control rig to animate in your software.
It doesn’t look like your skeleton actually HAS multiple roots based on the screenshots, so I’m going to assume it’s due to the control rig.
