Export settings for cinematics

Hello, new to Cinematics and trying to export a simple sequence. I am using the Paragon assets and everything looks good in Cinematics rendering, however the exported movie clip quality is way lower Is there any recommended export setting for outputting HD video?

Any help? Attached a cropped screen capture. The scene is static and I am just trying to export a simple cinematic. However there is quite a bit of horizontal banding. I am using 1920x1080 and compression quality as 100. What kind of settings should I use to get a higher quality video?
