I am recording an actor in runtime with the “start recording sequence” node and want to export this sequence to 3ds Max.
The actor has a cine camera and nothing else. When I export the cinecam from the sequence and import this fbx into Max everything works.But when I add a static mesh to the actor that is being recorded and try to export the cam and the mesh, they get some weird positioning in Max.
In Max they are both linked to a dummy that has all keys but the camera has none.
I don’t get where this comes from. Also in every sequences I have recorded there is a static mesh which can’t be found and I dond’t know where this could come from, because my actor has only the cinecam in it.
I hope that it is even possible what i want to achieve or is this a bug?
