Export Landscape displacement from Unreal to Maya

Hi, I am using version 5.3.

I have created a landscape and used texture displacement. I need to export it out to Maya for reference for animation. How can i achieve that ?

I wish to bake the material to the geometry, but it is not working.

As another solution, I was considering using a mesh for the floor.
But cannot get the displacement to show on a Static Mesh.
I have Enabled Nanite Support in the asset editor.
I have allowed tessellation.
