export KML or KMZ

I made a 3d model from phantom4.

But I can’t export KMZ. Error message is “Exporting Ortho Projection Unknown error”

Is there any tip or detailed documents for exporting KMZ?

Have you calculated ORTHOs ? as for now KML + KMZ are for ORTHO exports only…

Of course, I made a ortho.

I can’t select DSM button without ortho processing.

in what file format are you exporting the ORTHO ? what ORTHO resolution are you exporting ?

This image is my ortho processing setting.

And, I can export Ortho Photo via KML. But I can’t export DSM(KMZ).
