Today I faced a sudden problem while using twinmotion. The software started consuming 100% of my RAM and GPU causing the software to crash and video export to fail completely. Additionally when I try to render images the rendered images come blurry and unusual. I used twinmotion few weeks ago and everything was fine. I have not made any changes to my laptop recently and after encountering this issue i thought maybe I should update the windows system and restart my laptop but I am still facing the same issue. I dont want to have to switch to another rendering software so please advise me? Thanks
Since export failure can sometimes be tricky to diagnose, the best next step would be to report a bug through our support system if you haven’t already. A support agent can take a closer look at your case and hopefully offer more targeted advice.
