Export failure and 100% GPU Ram usage starting today!

Today I faced a sudden problem while using twinmotion. The software started consuming 100% of my RAM and GPU causing the software to crash and video export to fail completely. Additionally when I try to render images the rendered images come blurry and unusual. I used twinmotion few weeks ago and everything was fine. I have not made any changes to my laptop recently and after encountering this issue i thought maybe I should update the windows system and restart my laptop but I am still facing the same issue. I dont want to have to switch to another rendering software so please advise me? Thanks
