I have been trying to export to the cloud for a while now and every time I do it takes 10 minutes then it says it Failed. I figured maybe the file is to big but that's not what the error says and I have been constantly condensing the file removing multiple 3D components like trees and cutting the imported Topo from Revit down. It still keeps failing to export. has anyone else had this issue?

Have you been able to export Presentations to the Twinmotion Cloud previously, and this is the only one having issues, or has this issue been happening for all of your Presentations?
If all of your Presentations have been having this issue, please make sure no network traffic from the Twinmotion Cloud, or any of Twinmotion's services, are being blocked. For a full list of services to unblock from your firewall, please review the Twinmotion Requirements for remote services article.
If the issue is specific to this one file, please submit a bug report here and share a copy of your Twinmotion file so our support team can investigate this issue further. When sharing your file, be sure to use the Resource Collector in the Edit menu in Twinmotion to package and compress your file with all texture data.
