Export error. please help!

I’ve been working on a game for a month now and occasionally export to EXE to see how the game works. Today when I tried to export I got an export error and I can not export the game at all now. It works great on the editor. That’s what I get. I would really, really really love to get help.

You’re trying to open it for the first time with 4.26? Try with an older UE version, with some luck…

I had the same build error “Ensure condition failed: !FindPin(FFunctionEntryHelper::GetWorldContextPinName())”

I fixed it by removing the “World Context” input parameter in a function on one of my “Blueprint Function Library”.

I’ve noticed this input parameter gets created when i duplicate functions , i usually remove it because i have no idea what it is and what it does.
But this time i forgot to remove it , and it caused the packaging process to fail.

In order to find a similar errors in your project i sudgest you use the blueprint search (https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/…rch/index.html)
and search for “World Context” on your blueprints​

How can we remove this world context parameter? It has appeared on many of my “Blueprint Function Library” functions and I cannot seem to find a way

The world context pin isn’t going to automatically make your packaging fail, most of the time the world context is supposed to be there (for example when you call a “Print String” function inside a function library).
I had a corrupted world context input parameter in one of my own functions , here’s what it looked like:

I had the same problem. A “World Context” input on one of my blueprint function library functions.

This works perfectly for my issue which was similar.

I have the same issue, i also have done the proposed by deleting the ‘world context’ parameter of the function, but,
It still have the issue, i don’t know the issue source that it is from which file or function, and I am able to only delete the blueprint function of the created by myself, so the query for the above proposed,

a. Does it need to make all the blueprint function parameter with ‘world context’ deleted?
b. If yes for issue a, then how to do for the external c++ blueprint function with ‘world context’ or the system function with ‘world context’?

BUMP*** I am so frustrated with this bug… I have spent hours manually moving all my functions into a new blueprint library, deleting the world context pin and still nothing!
At this point I have no idea what to do!!

In general, You only delete the world context and the imported(non-system) carefully, you can find all to check one by one. At that time for my case, i fixed that by deleting the world context, but, obviously it is be completely exhausted.

Sensational, that was the issue for me as well and thank goodness I googled this before spending an hour trying to figure it out. I had a stray input world context as well in a functional library from a marketplace module.

Thank you very much! It seems that a wild “_WorldContext” input pin automatically appears if a function is created in a normal blueprint then copied to a function library

If someone is still having this issue, I’ve followed the advice of searching the nodes with Find in Blueprints “world context”. Look for the function input node. That is what causes cooking failure:

Thank you! This helped resolve my build issue. The problem occurred for me when I started to use the same plugin, just two different versions. It added a world context input pin. After removing the pin I had no cook error.

Your solution for the world context problem was what fixed it for me.

After going through 182 separate blueprints with “World Context” entries I was unable to find the problem. Until I saw your post.

That one single rogue “__WorldContext” input in a blueprint function library was the culprit and was just too difficult to find without that “pointer” to the input icon as the identifier.
