Export animations from UE4

I can not understand what the problem is. I wanted to edit the Mannequin animations a bit for myself, but neither Blender 2.8 nor Maya 2018 can properly import the file.
I make the usual FBX export, tried different settings, apparently I don’t understand something.
Brokenness of the animation itself occurs in the editor during the import. If you immediately importing the export from UE4 back, it will be normal. But the 3D-editors can not open his in normal form.

I’m trying to export my metahuman from Unreal to Blender so I can sculpt and dress it. I just need a still shot no animations. However I posed the character but I cannot export the keyframe to Blender, every attempt ends up with the character being in A pose. Maybe I need to create a pose library in Unreal? I read this post but still very confused and cannot find what you talked about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
