Export and Reimport LOD 0 to LOD3

Hello,
I am currently being told the streaming service I am using has limitation with the pixel streaming of LOD 3. This overall is fine with metahumans from 5.4 due to the higher number of LODs and increased quality at LOD3. Metahumans for 5.5 would be ideal due to their optimization but at LOD3 the quality goes down extensively compared to LOD3 of 5.4. I have tried every trick I can think of in regards to exporting the LOD0 mesh and reimporting to LOD3. Unfortunately, the faces distorts off and on with any animation. I have created custom LOD settings data settings so the LOD0 and LOD3 match in regards to bone removal, etc. I have matched the animation LOD thresholds and hard removed any restrictions in the blueprint. Anyone have any luck with this type of workflow for metahumans?
