Explanation of disabled options

A lot of times, specially when you just started using a tool, you’ll face a grayed-out option. You frequently won’t be able to understand why it’s disabled. This may happen whether it’s your first time using Unreal Engine, or your first time using Control Rig or anything else inside the engine.

My suggestion/feature request is to append the reason(s) for a hovered option being disabled to its tooltip! It could maybe even use the same mechanism as the blueprint node’s documentation tooltip, where holding ctrl+alt will show a different tooltip.

Another way (less intuitive for the user but maybe easier to implement) is, when clicking on a disabled option, to trigger a message/toast notification explaining why that can’t be done.
