Experienced UE5 C++ / Blueprint Programmer Seeking Team (Paid or Passion Project)

Hey everyone,

My name is Dylan, and after several years of learning game development, I’m looking to join a team — either paid or a group of motivated hobbyists building something meaningful.

My goal is simple: I want to make fun games with like-minded people.

I’ve worked on solo projects before, but I’ve learned firsthand how difficult it is to fully develop a quality game alone while balancing real life responsibilities. Game development has been a dream of mine since childhood, and I’m ready to collaborate with a team and contribute seriously.

My primary focus is Unreal Engine 5 development, especially C++ and Blueprints, and I’m confident building gameplay systems from the ground up.

Some of the systems and features I’ve worked with include:

UE5 C++ / Blueprint Programming
Steam & Epic Online Multiplayer Systems
Animation Blueprints (movement, attacks, stances, etc.)
PCG systems / procedural levels & structures
RPG systems — inventory, equipment, abilities, classes, talents, leveling, attributes
UI systems — HUDs, menus, maps, health bars, graphics/settings menus, DLSS, QoL features
Enemy AI — movement, combat, behavior systems
Interactable systems — NPCs, quests, rewards, doors, traps, loot, destructibles
VFX / Materials / Niagara systems for gameplay and UI
Game feel systems — audio integration, camera effects, shakes, transitions, polish features

I have a strong understanding of Unreal Engine development in both C++ and Blueprints and am comfortable building complex gameplay systems.
