Exercise files for unreal video tutorials?

Hi cummunity

i was going through “preparing design data for optimal performance in UE 4” video series on the website. there is no link for downloading the exercise files on which the instructor is working.
can anyone guide me where can i find those scenes involved in the tutorial series? he mentions its a free scene from turbosquid.

its really difficult to remmeber things until your are working on the exercise file while going through the tutorial.

as far as I know, this 3DS Max Scene is not free available. And as he introduced the scene at the “Data preparation” capter, there is no mentioning that it’s free. But I’ve found the scene at Turbosquid and it costs $44
