Currently there is a request for the Turkish language to be supported with UE4. However, this has been marked as " Won’t Fix " due to the low amount of users currently within Turkey. I can add this thread to the request ticket in order to boost the community request for this feature.
The ticket number is UE-18050.

The ticket is part of our internal tracking system for bugs and feature requests. This is a feature that we at EPIC have access to but is not available to the public.
