Hello there @dnjknaiacaaacacc!

Checking around the community, crashes tied to WindowsRawInputThread are mostly related to controller device conflicts. Basically, Fortnite is trying to read input data from said device, and either memory or the OS itself are not handling it correctly.

So, the first thing to review, is if there’s any device plugged in besides the essentials (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). I would suggest unplugging any joysticks, BT dongles, tablets, wheel/pedals, and so fort. After that, check your device manager, and make sure that no old drivers are still searching for any device no longer in use.

Speaking of software, certain controllers also bring assistants or overlays for their functions. These could also interfiere with UE, so please search and disable anything on the likes of MSI Afterburner, Overworf, DS4Windows, etc..

If the issue persists after these changes, there are some options left for mouse input. Go to mouse properties in Windows, and disable “Enhance Pointer Precision”. Then, in Fortnite itself, go to mouse settings, and set Zoom Scaling to Off.

Apply everything, then try a few sessions, the crash should be gone at this point.
