EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000028

hello, i started using unreal engine 5 a few day ago, and this is the second time that when i save and closed a level. a few minute later, when i try to load it back i get this message: “Failed to open map file. This is most likely because the map was saved with a newer version of the engine.” and once i click on “ok”, unreal crashe and i get this error:

also, before, when i would click on “ok”, it would’ve just load a blank level while now it cause unreal to crash. does anybody know why it’s doing that and how to fix it?
