Everytime I import a mesh Unreal Crahes

Im trying to upload my 3d models I made using maya 2016, Im also currently on windows 10 (didnt know if that would have anything to do with them. Also im exporting my files using fbx (same thing I did for unity and it worked there).

HI Dustin,

When exporting your model from Maya or Max make sure that you’ve set the mesh to export a FBX 2014. UE4 does not currently support FBX 2015, or FBX 2016. This can lead to errors and potential crashes.

You can set the FBX version in the export options window when exporting your mesh.

Give that a try and let me know if it solves your issue. Post screenshots if needed showing that it is set.
