Every time i try to open Epic Launcher this message appears, “multiple crashes detected”
The message:
Multiple crashes detected
“We have detected that EpicGameLauncher has recently crashed several times there could be a number of reasons for this.
Would you like to visit online support”
And the online support didn’t helps.
I have windows 10 and the pc is powerful.
Could anyone help.,

Just to be sure, the online support you checked out was here: Support Center.-correct?
If none of the links were helpful, did you try and contact someone using the email link?
Besides the help there, the only thing I can think of is to make sure you do not have any anti-virus or firewall settings preventing the UE4 Launcher from installing correctly, then try and reinstall. Once installed, delete the contents of the DerivedDataCache folder from the install directory and try and launch again.
If there is a crash reporter window present, make sure to cut and paste the contents of that window into a text file and paste here. Be sure to hit “submit” so that we get the crash reporter data on our end.
Please try these steps and try to contact “Launcher Support” via the email link on the support page.

This is happening to me too how do i fix it?
If you need assistance, supply all the information below. We primarily need the callstack and your machine ID so we can compare this to data collected on our Crash Reporter site. If present, you can cut and paste this information into a text document and post here as an attachment. -Thanks.
My computer is having the same problem too please fix this btw those suggestions don’t help
This problem happens because of windows 10 mostly, try to download all c++ files, dll, directX, if the problem still there then u should use older windows.
It fixed for me when I changed my windows to 8 then after several months I came back to windows 10. And now it is working properly.

I found out how to solve it. Download Fortnite from Epic Games without uninstalling your current folder. When you open the file they will give you a choice. Pick Repair. Open the launcher afterwards. The game works after that.

bueno yo lo arregle de esta forma habia un dll con el que ese error salia pues lo unico que hice fue eliminarlo para ver si funcionaba pero no era asi y pues bueno lo volvi a descargar y entonces el juego me agarro y ya por fin pude arreglar unas pcs xd

lo puse en mi system32
good I fix it in this way there was a dll with that error came out because the only thing I did was to remove it to see if it worked but it was not like that and well I downloaded it again and then the game grabbed me and I could fix it pcs xd

So basically its really simple solving this problem, what you have to do is go to the epic games site and download epic games launcher again… What it does, is replacing new files with old broken ones.
