Every time I log into the answerhub, it redirects me to this image:

I’m pretty sure that’s awkward for the staff member involved, can you check why it’s happening and fix it please? :slight_smile:

This is a feature. Not a bug. It’s working as intended. We really want you to appreciate Matthew’s face whenever you sign in.

I have seen this one before too, but with a different staff photo. I wasn’t aware it was a widespread occurrence, and we’ll get the site developer to investigate.

The site developers are still trying to track the cause of this down. I’d like to ask you, how frequently does this occur for you? Is it 100% when you sign into your account?

I just tried it a couple of times now and it’s not happening. I can’t exactly recall if it happens every time but I think it might have been - it only started when logging in was transferred to the button up top rather than via the answerhub directly.

It was happening on a different computer at home as well, just tried it there and it’s fine. I don’t know if you did anything but it seems fixed.

Not fixed yet. It just seems to be an intermittent issue. The site developers will be investigating the issue soon, but please let us know if you see it again and you notice any trends. Thanks!

We are updating the site with a major software version upgrade within the next few weeks. Hopefully this will put an end to the issue.
