Every Spawner Device is broken after TeleportTo[] call

After TeleportTo is called on any spawner device it starts to spawn objects on previous transforms. It can be somehow hot fixed on creature spawners by doing following:

  1. Spawner.TeleportTo[NewDestination]
  2. Spawner.Enable()
  3. Spawner.KillAll()

ItemSpawners dont have this option to kill everything so their TeleportTo method is unusable.
